Secure Packaging
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Each unit is reinforced for transport stability.
03 / DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Tracked Shipment
Delivery timelines typically range between 1–7 business days depending on destination. A tracking number is issued once the shipment leaves our facility.

International Shipping Policy

Helix ships to select international destinations. Delivery timelines vary based on region, customs processing, and carrier network availability.

International transit times may extend beyond standard domestic delivery windows. Tracking visibility is provided for all international orders where supported by the carrier.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Helix does not control or pre-collect international duty fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Returns & Reverse Logistics

Helix offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return:

• Contact support with your order number
• Receive return authorization instructions
• Repackage the unit securely
• Ship to the designated return facility

Returned units must be in original condition. Shipping fees may apply unless otherwise specified.
